Quick updated here as we dropped the season
finale down in Williamstown last night. It was a hard fought game that
was back and forth the entire way until Williams stuck a few at the end to pull
away. Credit Williams for having an outstanding night shooting the ball
and for their goalie making some nice stops that kept them in the game early
on. Even though we had a significant advantage in shots, gb's, face-offs and in the riding
game, this was that rare game that you end up losing. There's plenty to
learn from it and we'll do just that starting this afternoon.
The good news for our guys is now they get
another shot at the Ephs this Saturday at home in the
NESCAC Quarterfinals. The Ephmen will certainly
be a confident bunch coming into Alumni Stadium and I look forward to seeing
how our group responds.
